Brain Masala

Brain fry/masala is not everyone's favorite. But some people like me love it. We use Goat's brain for this recipe and also fresh brains are preferred.
Brain masala is prepared using some spice powders and onion. The recipe is simple and great in taste. I didn’t use ginger-garlic paste in this recipe. This gets prepared in few minutes as brain is easily cooked.
This goes well with any vegetarian or non-vegetarian curry or without any curries also. I prefer eating brain masala with Mor kuzhambu or sambar.

  5. Do this until the brain is fully cooked and switch off the stove. Garnish with cilantro(curry leaves can also be used) and serve hot
I like the brain masala with Sambar or Mor kuzhambu.
